I was his patient for many years (20 years ago) and I still have not come across a better TMJ Specialist and an even better Dentist!

Left feeling violated. I had a first-time appointment and cleaning last month. During my visit, the dentist made a racist remark (saying something he thought was weird was "just some Indian thing"), made preachy comments about Creationism (told me it was barbaric to ever extract teeth and shamed me for having to get teeth removed previously because "God gave us the perfect amount of teeth and your last dentist must have thought he knew more than our God." For context, I had several teeth broken that needed to come out a decade ago), and more. The dentist spent most of his time talking to me about my occasional snoring and tried to scare me into getting reconstructive surgery on my nose because he knew somebody that snored once that died of a heart attack. Again, I was there for a cleaning, not to be lectured about my nasal passages. He even prescribed me a sleep study which I've never had a dentist do. Without any sort of warning or consent, the dentist stuck his fingers in both of my ears multiple times as well as UP MY NOSE to try and "fix my snoring." Again, JUST THERE FOR A CLEANING. This left me feeling extremely violated and I wanted to exit this visit as quickly as possibl

I called today to ask if they were accepting patients and the lady replied with Ya. No yes mam no professionalism at all just ya. She asked why I called and I told her I was diagnosed with TMJ. But wanted a 2nd opinion. She put me on hold. Came back and told me that it will cost me $2000.00 out of pocket at the time of visit. She was simply the rudest person, and The most unprofessional doctors office phone conversation I have had. I understand people may have bad days but ya is not professional way to respond to any patient over the phone.

When a skilled Practitioner brings you into his office and provides the treatment that returns you to a path of recovery and hope, you have found a true gem. Thank you to Dr. Ralph Garcia and your staff (especially Julie and Josh) who helped us feel like family as you provided the specialized dental appliances that is stopping SIX YEARS OF DAILY CONVULSIVE EPISODES! Excellent knowledgeable dentist. Tmj ,headache, myofacial pain , miggrane treatment . Only few dentist knows how to treat These symptoms. I learned a lot at Dr Garcia's Clinic highly recommend Dentist to take his course
